These Terms govern access to and use of the Pullova Rideshare platform, including mobile applications, websites, and related transportation services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. PLATFORM SERVICES

Pullova provides a technology platform connecting riders seeking transportation services with independent drivers who provide transportation services. Pullova does not provide transportation services and does not operate as a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent service providers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Users must: be at least 18 years of age, create an account with accurate information, and maintain valid payment credentials.

Drivers must also maintain: a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and required insurance coverage.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access services, users must create an account and provide accurate personal information. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Pullova may suspend accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. OTP AUTHENTICATION CONSENT

Pullova uses One-Time Password (OTP) authentication to verify user identity. OTP messages may be sent for: account registration, login verification, password recovery, and suspicious activity confirmation.

Opt-In Consent
By entering your mobile number during registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and verification codes.

Opt-Out
Users may opt out by replying STOP. However, disabling OTP may prevent access to the platform.

5. SMS COMMUNICATIONS

Pullova may send SMS communications including: ride confirmations, driver arrival notifications, security alerts, and customer support responses. Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.

Pullova complies with messaging regulations including: United States — TCPA and CTIA messaging guidelines; European Union — GDPR consent requirements; Kenya / Nigeria / South Africa — applicable telecommunications and privacy regulations.

6. RIDE REQUESTS

When a rider requests transportation: (1) the system matches the rider with an available driver, (2) the rider receives ride details, and (3) the driver completes the trip. Drivers may decline ride requests.

7. PRICING

Trip fares may include: base fare, time and distance charges, surge pricing during high demand, and platform service fees. Prices are displayed before trip confirmation where possible.

8. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to: engage in illegal activities, damage vehicles, harass drivers or riders, or misuse the platform. Violations may result in suspension.

9. SAFETY POLICY

Pullova maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, discrimination, violence, and unsafe conduct. Users may report safety concerns through the platform.

10. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Drivers must maintain insurance coverage required by local law. Coverage may include: automobile liability insurance, rideshare insurance endorsement, and property damage coverage. Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid insurance.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pullova provides a technology platform only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullova shall not be liable for acts or omissions of drivers or damages resulting from transportation services provided by independent drivers.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Pullova shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control including: natural disasters, telecommunications outages, government actions, and public health emergencies.

13. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. Users agree to resolve disputes individually and not through class actions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pullova operates the service.
